Well, here we go. . .

Lucky me, Maya, the one app I never wanted to learn became very much apealing once a certain class came available through the lovely www.3dbuzz.com . So, that being said, I got past the initial not wanting to take the class, then got over the gathering the money problem (don't we all have that problem?), then got over the sitting there for half a day scripting my speach to apply for the class. . . Then got over waiting a few more days to send in my fax, then the HARDEST one was waiting to know if I was accepted or not, that part got even harder when all my friends began getting acceptance notices. I think I check my email so much that day, another click on the "Get Mail" button and Thunderbird would have jumped out of the screen and attacked me with it's claws of thunder. . .

So, finally I was accepted, then, I forgot about the class for a month or so... just waiting for my videos to arrive. Then boom, something REALLY bad happens. I realise I have to take a 10 DAY LONG TRIP, out of state for work. No I don't have a laptop. So, what does that mean? It means I am getting on an airplane tomorrow at the CRACK of dawn, to kiss off a good portion of my learning time.

I had known about the trip before I applied for the course, but back then, there was only 20 hours of content... now there is 70+ hours, yay for me, no if I don't work 10 hours a day I am most likely going to flunk this bastard, which is not good, and being as I normally work 15 hour days, this is going to be one hell of a month. God I hope I can grasp this stuff easilly (not that my previous 1 and a half years of 3d exp. is going to help :D), because re-watching time is nil.
